An imposing olive press, built in 1909 in Skala Loutra, was transformed into a multi-purpose hospitality and cultural centre in 1986. Its inspiration was Panagiotis Tzanetos, who envisioned the restoration of the mill and its transformation into a hotel and event venue.

This is how Zaira Hotel was created in the bosom of the bay of Gera in Lesvos and since then it has been writing its own history in the field of hospitality, remaining deeply engraved in the memory of both the local community and its foreign visitors.

Today, renewed according to the new trends but maintaining the glamour of the old, perfectly harmonized with the natural landscape, it opens its doors and offers its guests a unique experience of accommodation and hospitality.
